ABOUT
The Fifties - Born along with millions of other baby boomers.
The Sixties to present - Fell in love with books. Fell in love with music.
1968 to 1980 - Big hair, platform shoes, bell bottoms, picked up a camera, loved it, had lots of fun, some parts are a little hazy. Decided I preferred travel to college. Saw half the world.
1980 to 2013 - Settled down, put the camera away, had a career, all the grownup stuff.
2013 to present - Retired. Started my third life. Picked up my camera. Rediscovered my passion for photography. Discovering the half of the world I missed on the first time around.
I draw my inspiration from many artists of many genres. Among them are Arnold Newman, Erwin Blumenfeld, Lyle Ashton Harris, Lynette Yiadom-Boakye, Chuck Close, Gordon Parks, J.S. Bach and Art Blakey.
